Jackson Mayoral Candidate Jerry Woods unveiled his campaign headquarters Thursday, April 6. The office is located at the Pythian Building, on the corner of S. Liberty and E. Main Streets in Downtown Jackson.
We are meeting with a beautiful view of the entire landscape of the city of Jackson, and we liked that, and we just like being centrally located. We’re across the street from City Hall,” Woods said at the unveiling.
Woods says he and his supporters will be campaigning over the next several weeks, door knocking and talking with voters.
“These are grassroots individuals who work hard, who believe in our message, who believe in our campaign. Our message is beginning to resonate even more,” Woods said, “And we’re just very, very excited that these individuals are pushing for us. They were so supportive in the 2019 runoff election and we just keep moving from that way.”
