NOTICE OF THREE WAY ELECTION - Nov. 1, 2024

The Madison County Election Commission will hold a municipal election for the City of Three Way on November 1, 2024, for the office of Mayor & Alderman, Position1 & 2. No person shall be eligible for the  office of mayor or alderman unless such person has resided within the city for at least one (1) year preceding the election. The qualifying deadline for these offices will be August 15, 2024 at 12:00 noon. Qualifying petitions may be obtained from the Election Commission office located at 1981 Hollywood Dr, Jackson, TN.

The last day to register before this election will be October 7, 2024. No mailed-in registrations with a postmark later than October 7, 2024 will be accepted. Office hours are from 8:00a.m. - 4:00 p.m. each  weekday. The telephone number is 731-660-1796.
