TENNERGY CORPORATION MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership meeting of the Tennergy Corporation will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor conference room of the Tennergy Building located at 250 N. Highland in Jackson, TN.  There will also be a called meeting of the Tennergy Board of Directors at the conclusion of the annual meeting.  

If a member of the public wishes to speak at the meeting, he or she must sign up to speak before the meeting by registering on the sign-up sheet that will be available at the meeting.

Respondent, Carissa Holliday DeSorbo, the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a PETITION FOR TEMPORARY LEGAL CUSTODY AND FOR EX PARTE ORDER in regards to the minor child, (Justin Hjerpe Conner), born on September 10, 2009 and the to the minor child, (Gabriella Hjerpe Desorbo), born on December 10, 2011. It further appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Cheatham County, Tennessee located at 100 Public Square, Ashland City, Tennessee 37015, within thirty (30) days to personally answer the PETITION. Failing to appear before the Court within this time, without good cause, pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and the Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure, will result in the loss of your right to contest the petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Cheatham County Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office.
