IT APPEARING from the record in this matter that an Amended Petition to Remove Administrator is before this court; and it further appearing that Justin Allen Walker cannot be located after diligent effort, said person may be unavailable or a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, and, therefore, cannot be served with the ordinary process of law. 

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Justin Allen Walker enter appearance in this matter by pleading herein within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this Notice. Failure to answer or otherwise respond may result in a default judgment being entered the respondent. This Notice being published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Jackson Post, a newspaper published in Madison County, Jackson, Tennessee.

Highland Avenue, Jackson, TN. The regular May Board meeting will follow at approximately 10:00 a.m. A Jackson Energy Authority customer that wishes to address the board must call 731-422-7202 by 12:00 pm the day before the meeting to request to speak on topics germane to the jurisdiction of the JEA Board.
