Notice for Invitation to Bid

Project Name: 127 & 235 Hatton Street

Jackson, TN 38301

Healthy Community, LLC is accepting bids from licensed home builders on two (2) residential single family homes construction project.

The project is funded by the Jackson Community Redevelopment Agency Workforce Housing Grant program.

Bid packets can be picked up at the Healthy Community, LLC Office, 605 S. Royal Street, Jackson, TN 38301 during normal business hours, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm between February 10th and March 3rd, 2026. Bid packets will contain bidding requirements for builders, project work-write-up bid form, house plans, and general conditions. Bid packets will not be mailed or delivered.

Bids will be accepted no later than 10:00 am on March 4th, 2026.

Bids shall be opened at the Healthy Community, LLC office

promptly at 10:15 am March 4th, 2026.

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Jackson Energy Authority will meet on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the 3rd floor conference room of the Tennergy Building located at 250 N.
